On this episode, Iva and Jennifer speak with Mallory Loflin, co-author with Dr. Mitch Earleywine, of a recent study entitled  ”CURIOUS CONSEQUENCES OF CANNABIS PROHIBITION” which analyzes the somewhat “unintended” consequences of continuing prohibition.  Leland Berger takes some time to discuss the recent Oregon Supreme Court ruling on an Occupy Portland arrest that upholds an earlier ruling that ensures that individuals arrested on criminal charges are ensured legal representation and the option of jury trial, even if the charge is reduced to an infraction.  The ladies also explore different perspectives of women involved in the marijuana movement and industry with strain hunters Snap and Stoney.
