The desert groove is back. For Brant Bjork, founding member of legendary California Stoner Rock band KYUSS, honing in on his past roots seems as natural as the extreme desert pulse reaching a dehydrated hand towards life! Standing on high times with a new release, “Tao of the Devil,” out today (September 30th) via Napalm Records, Brant Bjork and the Low Desert Band, wearing an unapologetic view of cannabis on their sleeve, combine their boogie-driven, funk’n rock with barren grooves and soul for an honest journey through the winding, rolling and hilly realms of Stoner Rock!

BB: “It’s pretty obvious I’m a supporter of the cannabis culture. I believe in the weed and all it’s properties!“  (Full interview below)

Featuring seven original tracks including a 9-minute-plus, riff-laced jam in “Dave’s War,” “Tao of the Devil” continues to propagate a 70’s-oriented sound and vibe that carries Brant Bjork and the Low Desert Band towards new elevated heights! The band is scheduled to tour in Germany through the month of November (dates below) and is looking to announce US dates for 2017 soon. to6a9141
